Внешняя периферийная дипломатия Китая в новую эпоху

В статье проводится всесторонний анализ современной периферийной дипломатии Китая «в новую эпоху», когда центральным руководящим принципом становится построение «сообщества единой судьбы» и концепция периферийной дипломатии «цинь, чэн, хуэй, жун» («доброжелательность, искренность, взаимная выгода и инклюзивность»). Методология исследования основывается на комплексном рассмотрении историко-культурных традиций Китая, анализе официальных речей, документов, а также конкретных практик сотрудничества в рамках периферийной дипломатии. Особое внимание уделяется концепции «цинь, чэн, хуэй, жун», которая отражает традиционные ценности Китая: доверие, гармонию, уважение к соседям. В результате рассмотрения выявлено, что китайская периферийная дипломатия опирается на глубокое понимание значимости добрососедства, стремится к укреплению стратегического доверия, развитию взаимовыгодных экономических проектов, а также к обеспечению инклюзивного сотрудничества. Китай подчеркивает, что стабильность и процветание всего региона невозможны без гармоничных отношений с соседями, содействуя интеграции и коллективному развитию. В заключение делается вывод, что концепция «сообщества единой судьбы» стала фундаментом периферийной дипломатии Китая и обеспечивает устойчивое, справедливое и мирное развитие его окружения.
